Running a restaurant is no picnic, and the slightest slip-up can spell disaster. Luckily, Willie Degel is on the case, assisting his fellow restaurateurs with their struggling businesses.
This season, Willie helps first-time restaurant owner Joe get his sports pub back into the black by dealing with unprofessional staff and an uncommitted chef.
Then, Willie turns his attention to Sugo Café, where the owner Alan has made the mistake of staffing his restaurant with family and friends in an effort to improve his social life.
Can Willie show him that mixing business and family isn't always a recipe for success?
With a host of hidden cameras and surveillance techniques, no one can hide from Willie's eagle eye this season on Restaurant Stakeout.
In the first episode of Season 4, "Joe Broadway's or Bust": Joe is struggling as a first-time restaurant owner. After his mother's passing, Joe took a big gamble and used his inheritance to open Joe Broadway's Billiards & Sports Pub in Staten Island, N.Y.
For the past year, Joe has run himself into the ground simply trying to stay afloat. He's not making any money, his staff is unprofessional and his chef is at wit's end and about to quit.
Without Willie's help, Joe's big gamble will go bust.
