The show is called The Queen, but Connie Ferguson's character (the queen) hasn't had a story arc in like forever. Lately all she ever does is to sip juice at breakfast and deliver a few lines here and there. Come to think of it, there are no major story arcs at the moment. Just fillers. The only thing that's saving this show are the comedic elements brought by Brutus and Patronella. This show has an abundance of potential... So much potential. It has that ratchet and ballzy attitude of Dynasty and Dirty Sexy Money. I feel it needs a new writing team to steer it into the right direction. Personally I wouldn't want my show's script department to be headed by an overworked head writer who is writing for many other soaps. When would they get the time to focus on MY show? The Fergusons must not rest on their laurels just because the show trends every night and it sits pretty in the ratings list. We need nail biting stories. Come on, The Queen!

@Snappie,, sana wht ive seen to THEM is the they will introduce a new charector to the SHOW and they will want us to focus to tht new charector for a month or so,, eg Bakang,,. it took us months and months and to see Bakang real charector here.. no other court cases tht he is attending only rounding the family .. then it was Thato,, just think it took us months to see the real Thato and Diamonds.ow its Kea's boyfrnd i thnk we need to wait for him too,,, i am with you i thnk they must change script writers unless they are focusing on new Igazi movie ... story line is not tht wuwoowuuu .. and this DSTV BATHONG ITS SOO DAMM EXPENSIVE

This drama/soapie used to be the best, I mean now it's just ok... my main problem is how unrealistic it is, the coincidences are just too much with them revolving around the Maakes, the Khozas and Mabuzas ( dating and marraige it's just going around in circles) and the amount of proposals, lobola, and weddings, I mean in the past year nje..... Shaka and Goodness, Brutus and Harriet, Kwanele and Kea, Shaka and Linda, Kagiso and Goodness, Jerry and Vuyiswa, Shaka and Mabatho, And now it's Tebogo and Kea, I mean C'mon guys Although unlike other shows I love how everything happens and gets revealed so soon like Vuyiswa's pregnancy (at Generations which I haven't watched for the past 8 months or so am sure the secret about Sphe's baby is still not out )

^^^ That's what makes The Queen the best their storylines are always moving fast compared to other shows where they drag. But right now Ring of lies, The River and maybe Scandal are far better shows, and I am still mad how they wasted that storyline where the Khozas found out Harriet killed Mzi

all adults are gone at Maake house, but am just happy Jerry took that Refiloe with. Couldnt stand that girl, who was adopted for 1 hour and decided she was Maake by blood.

Brutus, he potrays the family badly if you think about it, how can you encourage your niece boyfriend to go buy a prostitute

That Khoza family all they interested in is money, they dont care what happens as long as it brings money.

With Zenande it’s the reverse, she started off good on Generations and has been declining, she’s not the quite the same here or unless she’s being let down by the story line ke.....

LAST nights episode regards Harriet ,Kea and Tebogo was a bit weaker than i think.. to fire Prince i dont thnk it will come with a solution,, Price will be perfect person to tell Shaka and Bbomncane.. some how it was too boring and weak for my liking.. and Tebogo comes back to Morokas as nothing wrong happened,, i am soo confused ppl please help me to understand,.. or as SHAKE ALWAYS SAY. KHANDI BALANCE ISE PLEASE hahahahaha

So Tebogo is dead, is that the body being disposed of by Shaka and Brutus.

Am glad i dont live in the Khozas and Mabuza world, no one will be left. They killed 2 people this month.

Agree with you guys too much acting ku Tgom and Tgom-jnr. Actually bayadika nje qha.
