Rian van Heerden and "small town expert" Dr Emil Nothnagel visit 13 small towns in South Africa where there are various municipal problems - but also a lot of positives.
The aim of the programme is to focus on the collaboration and dialogue between private and public interest groups in selected towns and the identification of creative initiatives.
It also focuses on the development of a shared vision for socio-economic developments in a rural area that will have an influence on decreasing poverty, healthy local management, and knowledge sharing between towns.
