The SABC2 and 3 reports are a mess this month because the Broadcast Research Council has run the incorrect parameteres for them.
The reports say that they only reflect the primetime viewership numbers for each channel (between 17h30 and 22h00) but this month they include daytime repeats for the soapies on SABC2 and 3.
For the first time since
the TAMS died we're able to get some perspective on what's happening on the channels during the day and the numbers are very revealing.
They show that Isidingo's daytime repeat is the No. 1 performer on SABC3 and the soapie repeats and Muvhango omnibus on SABC2 are attracting millions of viewers.
This puts an exclamation mark on what a problem it is that the BRC only releases such extremely limited information now because nobody can see what's
really happening with shows:
