Gadaffi would rather kill the woman who betrayed him than fall for her again. Tboz falls for the lies he’s fed and wants to get revenge. The alliance decides they’ll have to play dirty to get the leverage they need.

Will the Diales get the women out of the flames in time? Zondiwe is shocked to hear that Tshidi plans to commit murder. The plan to set Jack up goes horribly wrong.

Husband and wife carry out their plans to kill each other. Everyone is worried when Mazwi goes awol. Cosmo consumes a little too much alcohol during his important business meeting.

Gadaffi suggests he and his wife keep up appearances for now. The plan to make a baby is taking it’s toll on Mrekza. Sphe is bemused about her husband’s offish behaviour.

Nandi decides to go for what she wants. Tshidi is floored when she gets all her money back. Lesedi doesn’t take kindly to her family staging an intervention.

Episode 151 (0931)

The Diales pick up that Cosmo has a soft spot for someone. Lucy will be damned if she’s the only one to make sacrifices. Mazwi hires a PI to find evidence of his wife’s affair.

Tau’s words hit home for Gadaffi. Sphe unwittingly makes things worse when she ‘wins’ a date with Smanga. Zitha takes note when her man quickly ends a call as she enters.

Episode 153 (0933)

Lesedi is determined to prove she doesn’t have a problem. Tshidi’s not ready to forgive and forget yet, not by a long shot. Zondiwe agrees to an intervention but it goes horribly wrong.

Lucy warns Mrekza - either they both get tested or it won’t happen at all. Cosmo can’t stop thinking about Mei. Mazwi wants Dr Mokoena to conduct a DNA test for him.

Gadaffi talks the fire back into his woman. Zitha is increasingly suspicious about what her man is up to. Smanga is fed up with his brother’s attitude.

I usually watch Generation only on Fridays, I feel as if the show can do very well with a new writer. The acting is good and somtms outstanding bt storyline is not that good

What was the point of creating a new set for the Phillips family and bringing in talented actors for those roles only to end it after SIX months? They were a breath of new fresh air. I'm very disappointed by the decision to end them. It seems to me that Mr Vundla and his creatives are being dictated by a few racist twitter nutcases who seem to believe that Generations is meant to be an ALL BLACK cast soapie. Bullshit

I am very impressed by Skhalo's acting .Rori is about tp turn one year ,so her partenity looks like it will be revealed .Smanga and Mazwi are starting to get along .they will be in war again . Lol i cant imagine Lucy pregnant yoh .

The show has been phenomenal lately. That was the climax. That Skhalo goon would make a great hencheman for either Gadaffi or Jack. People are going crazy about him on twitter. Now await to see how Skhalo-Getty plot will unfold.

Skhalo is BRILLIANT! Is it just me or does he look like Chadwick Boseman wa Black Panther? lol Skhalo is one yummy thug! Anyway the teasers seem great! Is Gadaffi gonna remarry Tshidi? Are Nandi and Tau gonna start an affair? Are Mazwi and Sphe gonna fall in love? Will Smanga fall for Sphe and will the baby secret be in jeopardy of coming out? I don't know if I assessed them right.

@dezi he sure does .i hope there is a way he can stay on the show .i think Mazwi and Sphe will make love after that Mazwi will be his usul jerky self .then sphe will try to win his attention by making him jealous .mazwi will suspect that the baby is Smanga's .he will then order a blood test then boom all hell breaks loose

Damn these teasers are so so so interesting!! I can't wait for June oh my God! People killing each other, alliance to overthrow either Jack or Zitha (or maybe even Mazwi/ Tau) as CEO of any of their companies. The baby secret revealed. Gadaffi's storyline is the one i'm most interested to see... will he uncover the truth about his misssing millions?? "his wife"??? who is that?? and also... "Husband and Wife plan to kill each other"?? oh my God this is so vague in such a satisfying kind of way... I'm shook!

These are without a doubt the most interesting teasers this year. I hope Skhalo and Gadaffi do something together... they would bring so much fire and oomph together in the show. Jack would be too boring for Skhalo and Cosmo is kinda boring for Kumkani tbh.

Anyways, i'm genuinely impressed ny these teasers.... and I think Thuso may debut in July. Interesting times...

Oh... is this where Getty exits the show? When is Namhla leaving? Why is there nothing on my fave family, the Phillips?? :'(

I like that initially Mrekza was brought in for comedic relief but since then his character has been a bit more dramatic. It's really interesting to witness and the actor has the chops for it. He's great in every scene; they should continue this as the show progresses and try to grow his character a bit more.

@Zondwa I co-sign everything you've said. About Gadaffi's wife I wonder if it's Tshidi. Anyway I got word that the Phillips fam might get written off, it's not final yet but it might happen. I'm very sad about that. Also Skhalo's character has no conclusion yet, so if we're lucky they'll keep him around. Lastly, apparently July is all about Thuso's character. I'm excited.

Wait a second... Their ending the Phillips? Why?!?!? What about Brandon and Lesedi?!!?!?!? What about them?!?!? But on another note... Can we just take a moment and acknowledge the crazy amount of character growth and development Mrekza has gone through?!?!? Remember when he was first introduced? He was such a jerk harassing namhla and her Kenyan boyfriend and then he was harassing poor wandi botha a man and when she revealed herself as a woman. Now he is something else entirely! He's not the same character he was all those episodes ago. He has his own business. He wants a family with Lucy. He even tried to get her to reunite with namhla... Even if it was for selfish reasons

Love Mrekereke! About the Phillips fam, the person who informed said none of the Phillips fam actors are permanent cast members so writing them off would be easy. I didn't wanna believe it but it's a huge possibility.

Damn the Phillips are given the same treatment as the Radebe's... unnecesarily writing them off for no reason. sigh!
I can't believe the show has been stuck on one storyline for the majority of the main cast (Land development) and it doesn't seem to be slowing down at all. They've completely made every character associated with that very dull. I will never forgive the show for doing this to Moopi Mothibeli; the best actor (besides Vusi K) given the most uninteresting plots. The only time he's worth talking about is when there's sex involved, and it's ussually mixed to negative response. I hope this baby reveal upcoming plot brings his character to the forefront alongside his brother.

Also Fana and Tau... they're kinda boring right now but June seems like an interesting month for both, so we should wait and see.
On another note, i'm so excited for the return of Kumkani, one of my faves and probably the only character Colin is able to consistently (or most of the time) write good material for.

When the ending credits roll, Terrence Bridget is listed as a "special guest appearance" and the rest of the Phillips are on supporting cast. It's kinda obvious they're not here to stay...

That sucks. It really does because they were all a very interesting bunch. Especially the Brandon and Lesedi thing. They were going to be my OTP but at that has been screwed over. Kumkani? Yeesh that guy. I wish I could learn to love him the way you guys seem to but he makes my blood boil. I think I like the idea of him and Tsidi reconciling but I hope that if that happens then he needs to learn to control his temper. I don't think I can take him slapping her again.

They need to upgrade Gadaffi's wardrobe and make him appear as a crime boss instead of some low-level thug waiting to get instructions somewhere. I mean, during his scene with Cosmo yesterday, I couldn't tell who's the boss and who's a right-hand man. They both looked like they were ordinary criminals. More convincing was Cosmo. Actually, ever since Gadaffi lost hashtag WORLD, he's been ordinary and not exciting as before.

It's rich coming from Cosmo that Gadaffi shouldn't do business with a guy who once double-crossed him, when he has done the same, more than twice. Gadaffi is yet to learn that Cosmo is the one that spilled the beans about baby Amo to Jack. He also tipped-off Jack about his hit and now he's about to tip-off Tshidi.

MASTERFUL acting from Terence Bridget tonight. Remind me again why he is a mere guest on this show instead of a leading actor. This world is strange and cruel indeed. I will never understand why this talented man isn't going to act alongside greats such as Vusi Kunene and Rapulana Seiphemo on a permanent basis.

The last scene made the show tonight. Zoe and Michael were believable than 95% of the episode. Who f*ks his girlfriend in her grandma house with her brother living there, the whole family? And even goes bezerk for the rest to hear. Total BS! I'd rather watch the phillips family for the entire 30 minutes.

Lol there's been so much involving Lesedi lately haha that's cute.

The exchange between Jack & Mike was top notch! Woooohhh Michael told him what we all already know about his boring ass - he is so PREDICTABLE! I hope he hits rock bottom for once in his life!

I am so excited for the Smanga - Bafana - Sphe alliance.... basically my top 3 favourite characters sharing scenes together (as a trio... for the first time I think). I love them dearly and I personally think they're played by the the three best actors on the show (obviously Jack + Mike are extraordinary as well). Here's to many more amazing scenes betweenn the three!
