Special notes
SABC1's decision to oust Zaziwa for MTV Shuga 6 has lost the channel over a million viewers in the 19h30 timeslot on Wednesdays.
As you can see, MTV Shuga's most watched episode this month attracted 3,206,730 viewers.
In July it attracted 3,391,455.
This is an average of
3,299,093 viewers over the past two months.
In contrast, Zaziwa attracted 4,175,159 viewers
in June and 4,465,505 viewers
in May: an average of
4,320,332 viewers so it's safe to say over a million viewers have been lost in the timeslot.
