Hosted this year by Pearl Modiadie and Thomas Msengana (with Rorisang Thandekiso returning for a second consecutive year as Red Carpet host), the 13th South African Film and Television Awards honour the best of film and television productions over the last year.
This is the first year that the SAFTAs have split soapies and telenovelas. The theme of the awards this year is "Dare to Dream".
Performers at this year's awards include Prince Kaybee, Boity Thulo, Jill Levenberg, Charlize Berg, Bongo Maffin and Sho Madjozi.

Every step of the process is on display, from the design and fabrication, to the restoration and final, fantastic reveal.
