Ingoma

With a tagline that asks "what is the cost of your dreams?", music industry exploitation is at the heart of the Monday night drama Ingoma.

Produced by Paw Paw Productions, the series follows three aspiring artists from the Eastern Cape town of Alice, who are lured to Cape Town by businessman and record label owner Leo Black (Buyile Mdladla) by the promise of breaking into the industry via his label, Platinum Records.

The naive youngsters - Sino, Ezekiel and Angel - soon find themselves immersed in a shiny new world, with the promise of glamour, wealth and extravagance.

Of course... as we all know, this cutthroat world is as full of promises as it is lies, and it is soon revealed that Leo Black's intentions are not as savoury as what the group were first led to believe.

Sino sees the move to Cape Town as her last resort for success, with her family back in Alice relying on her for financial support.

But when a member of her band strikes a deal with Leo Black, her future - and that of her family - is in jeopardy.

Secrets of The Zoo 2

Secrets of The Zoo returns with even more behind-the-scenes access to one of the USA's largest and most popular zoos: The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

In the Season 2 premiere, "Baby Watch": Everyone at the zoo is waiting for the big event; the birth Zuri the giraffe's baby.

It will be the first giraffe birth at the Columbus Zoo in more than twenty years.

But Zuri isn't the only animal resident in need of the zoo's attention - there are 800-pound Przewalski horses that need a pedicure and group, a beloved cheetah name Emmett whose running days might be over, and a bunch of rambunctious penguins who need to get their annual exam - but the keepers will need to catch them first.

Bryan Inc 2

Channel: The Home Channel (DStv 176)
TX Time: 12h00
Genre: Docu-Reality, Home Improvement

Bryan Inc 2

Follows husband and wife duo, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler, as they take on an entirely different relationship – that of boss and employee.

Sarah has joined Bryan's busy construction company, Baeumler Quality Construction, and the mission in this season is to take on renovation projects for their clients.

A lot is still stake as Bryan and Sarah not only try to break the old patterns of their former contractor and client relationship, they also try to master the challenge of building to someone else's taste, and with someone else's money.

This proves to be quite entertaining as spendthrift Sarah is being trusted by Bryan with more responsibility, and she's only just beginning to settle into her role as Project Manager.

It's a feast of renovation mayhem and triumphs as they juggle multiple projects at a time, contend with construction delays, tight budgets and deadlines, demanding clients and most of all, putting their own construction and design preferences and tastes on a tight leash.
