The Hollywood Foreign Press Association was forced to admit how problematic these awards are after a shocking Los Angeles Times report revealed last week that there isn't a single black representative on the 87-person voting body for the awards.

Three members of the Hollywood Foreign Press issued a hurried statement during the ceremony, saying they have "an action plan" to recruit black members.

Disgusting that it had to take an exposé to make it happen!
