Here's a light-hearted something to take the edge off the day... the possibility of being on Come Dine with Me South Africa.
It'll be back on BBC Lifestyle later this year and the search is on for home cooks who want to be part of Season 8.

The format
Exactly the same as previous seasons, still produced by Rapid Blue.
Filming will only be happening in Cape Town and Joziburg again unfortunately. As we mentioned last season, it's the one blow to our enthusiasm because we'd love to see people from other places too, especially because it used to be filmed in Durban and Gqeberha too.
