The first of a duo of new single camera family comedies: The Parker Andersons and Amelia Parker.
The two interwoven scripted series highlight events in the life of a blended multicultural, interracial family from two different perspectives.
The Parker Andersons starts tonight, followed by Amelia Parker on 20 January.
The Parker Andersons follows Tony Parker, a British widower and father of two (Nathan and Amelia), who moves to the United States, where he marries Cleo Anderson, the mother of two kids (Victoria and Charlie).
All together, they quickly discover that sometimes being "blended" feels a lot like being in a blender.
In the series premiere, "Better Half": It's Cleo and Tony's six-month anniversary and they have plans for a grownup date night.
But before that can happen, Tony checks in on Nick's first commercial shoot and nearly ruins it all due to his own hang-ups from his past.
Victoria and Nathan try to out-do each other while buying gifts for their parents.
Meanwhile, Roger gets a surprise day with Charlie and isn't as prepared as he'd like.

Lewis plays Patricia, the icy, enigmatic founder and CEO of the popular home shopping channel.
All of this is against the backdrop of a highly competitive workplace where people play dirty to succeed.
In the series premiere, "Gottahaveit": No longer wanting to be defined by her childhood illness, Joanna gets her dream job as a host on the home shopping channel SVN.
But when her first broadcast doesn't go as planned, Joanna makes a bold choice to save her fate at the network.
In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Faux Florals": Joanna tries to take back her lie but is tested by the attention she gets from being sick.
Meanwhile, SVN celebrates Jackie's 30th anniversary at the network and Patricia doesn't want Jackie to tell the truth about her personal life on air.
