Awards ceremony organised by World Gospel Powerhouse which honours, celebrates and promotes the talent and accomplishments of the South African gospel music industry in the past year.
The awards ceremony this year - the 16th annual event - took place on 26 November at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg.
The award for Best Gospel Artist will be contested by Omega Kenou, Andile Majola, Canaan Nyathi, Jumbo Nyangiwe and Tebs David.
The nominees for Best Gospel TV Show are: Amahubo (Dumisa TV), Women with Purpose (One Gospel), Imvuselelo (Dumisa), Hello Mamoruti (Gospel Lifestyle TV), Zion Reloaded (1KZN) and Umthombo (Soweto TV).
Khaya Mthethwa returns to host, alongside Rorisang Thandekiso, with performances by Xolly Mcwango, Ntokozo Ngongoma, Jumbo Nyangiwe, Nathi Sithole, Sipho Ngwenya, The Tshwane Gospel Choir and DJ Happy Girl.
Category hosts include actors Cornet Mamabolo, Vuyo Dabula and Nkanyiso Mchunu.

In this fight, he must also take on the country's police and military, which are not afraid to use violence and torture in a vain attempt to intimidate and silence him and his supporters.
