Kgomotso Christopher starred in M-Net's Legacy between 2020 and 2022 and now she's stepped into Generations: The Legacy as a Moroka, but with a different name.
She's playing
big bad Khumo Moroka's twin sister Keabetswe “Kea” Moloi in one of those situations where twins don't look alike.
In fact, they're so different, they're complete opposites. Kea's kind, open, honest and passionate about using her position as a Moroka to help people and do good in the world.
So she loathes her brother? Nope. She's mad about him and extremely loyal. He is too - to her. The production describes their relationship as one of supreme loyalty and fierce protection of each other.
This from Kgomotso:
"Joining Generations: The Legacy is a full circle moment… I’m looking forward to getting to discover and step into the shoes of Keabetswe “Kea” Moloi. To the viewers that have always supported my work… this is for them”.
Why was she cast?
According to Casting Directing Russel Savadier:
“Kgomotso is one of the genuine leading ladies on television today. She’s always luminous and totally compelling to watch. We’ve wanted her to join the show for quite some time. I’m delighted that she’s agreed to join the Generations Family”.
She debuts 14 March.
