kykNET's long running makeover reality show Vat Jou Goed en Trek (Pack your things and move) has the green light for Season 11 and the production is on a search for people who want to sell their homes.
They're specifically looking for Gauteng-based properties that need some TLC.
Before and After...
This is the bonus aspect of it: series creator and presenter Henck Conrey and his team spruce up the place first so you can get a better price for it.
The format remains the same as previous seasons: The team has 72 hours to renovate three areas of your property and then they show it to potential buyers.
According to the show's production house RichCon, you don't need to be able to speak Afrikaans to apply - they're accepting applications from non-Afrikaans speakers too.
All residential properties are eligible, including apartments, houses, town houses etc.
How are participants chosen?
This from Henck:
"We look at photos of the property and decide if we can make any renovations that will raise the value, we listen to the owner's story and then we choose the participants."
