The greatest pastry chefs from around Australia will battle for the title of Australia's Dessert Master.

Headlined by judge Melissa Leong alongside chef and social media personality Amaury Guichon, this competition is set to bring out the best of the best in the business.

Dessert Masters sets the nation's sugar-hit specialists against each other in incredible, pastry-themed challenges - all beneath the bright lights of the famed MasterChef Australia kitchen.

To claim the MasterChef: Dessert Masters crown, these pastry chefs will need to conceive an astonishing array of delectable desserts.

Who will enjoy the sweet taste of victory and become Australia's first ever Dessert Master and who will walk away with the $100,000 cash prize?

Married at First Sight Mzansi, the second South African version of the international franchise (the first aired on Lifetime in 2017), will be helping eight singles do just that.

Witness this social experiment which follows eight courageous participants from diverse backgrounds, ages and walks of life saying "I do" to someone they have never met.

These newlyweds then have six weeks, with the specialists nurturing their budding relationships, to decide whether they're going to stay together or separate.

Can love between two arranged strangers be successful and can the couples stay together or will they part ways and seek a divorce?

Each chef comes up with unique, flavourful dishes that are easy enough for anyone to make at home.

In the Season 7 premiere, "International Thanksgiving": This year, Guy's giving thanks with an international flair.

Chef Nyesha Arrington starts things off with a mandarin smash, then charms with chorizo clam toast and smothered turkey wings.

Chef Nate Appleman catches everyone off guard with cacio e pepe potato casserole and turkey porchetta with fennel apple salad.

Chef Shota Nakajima gets going with gochujang miso glazed carrots with yogurt sauce and some soy braised duck breast with sautéed kale.

Chef Jet Tila makes Mexican street corn casserole and his Chinese sausage and chestnut rice dressing before spicing things up with chile mango upside-down cake.

In the second episode of the weekly double bill, "Streetwise": Guy's getting streetwise with international street food.

Chef Nyesha Arrington is first to present with a piri piri piña before firing up her fried chicken with gochujang glaze and kimchi collard slaw, followed by brown butter crêpes.

Chef Nate Appleman is representing the West Coast with his take on an LA street dog and channeling his inner Argentinian with chimichurri skirt steak with fries.

Chef Shota Nakajima shares how to make kushiyaki and yummy yakisoba.

Chef Jet Tila vies for best dish with Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls and keeps Guy longing for lemongrass pork chop over broken rice.

Guy's Grocery Games 32

Guy Fieri sends four talented chefs running through the aisles in a high-stakes, high skills, grocery store cooking competition.

From students to grannies to celebrities, the competition is always fierce.

Each episode sees the chefs hit by real-world challenges like finding workarounds when all the essential ingredients are suddenly "out-of-stock," or having to create a masterpiece when they can only cook with "5 items or less" or on a $10 budget.

In the end, the food does the talking, as the last chef standing has the chance to make some serious cash.

In the Season 32 premiere, "Super Seafood Showdown": Guy's games always have a catch, especially when he invites four seafood masters to serve up the catch of the day.

In round one, the chefs play "Go Fish" to determine the catch they'll cook for their fish dinner.

Then in round two, the remaining chefs make a shellfish feast using the sample table items that Hunter and the judges are hawking around the store.

The winning chef will earn a "net" profit of up to $20,000.
