Monique made many statements in response on Instagram stories which have been covered in the press.

In an interview with TshisaLive she claims ‘They exhausted me’.

This has reached the point where it's very difficult to discern who's been wronged by who.

On one hand I can imagine Monique must have been outnumbered and strong-armed by Katlego's legal team, which would be a traversty of justice if he did abuse her, but on another there's still the memory of the video she released and how intimate and hectic it was.

I remember feeling he was being abused by her in it and that feeling remains.

If you film a partner or spouse in moments like that and then release it publicly, isn't that domestic abuse?
