CJ is the Executive Chef of Girasol Restaurant in Studio City, California, which opened in January 2013. He returned from an apprenticeship (stage) at Restaurant Noma in Denmark, which was voted the best restaurant in the world three times.
Under his apprenticeship, CJ furthers his ideals of seasonal, regional cooking that he has already begun to put to use in California.
