Brian Webber is a South African actor best known for his role as TV newsreader and general bore Jean-Pierre Marais in the SABC2 sitcom Konsternasie Oppie Stasie, in 2009.
He is the actor who played the fantasy animated television character Dub, the face of SABC2's Tube children's programming block. He acted the role using a performance capture suit, which in turn was animated to form the character.
