Selina Cadell (born 1953) is an English actress best known for her television sitcom roles as Dorothy Crowther in The Amazing Mrs Pritchard (2006); the pharmacist Mrs Tishell in Doc Martin (2004-2007); and the Dean Mieke Miedema in Lab Rats, since 2008.
Cadell has appeared in Great Expectations, Sword of Honour, Doc Marten, Woody Allen's Matchpoint, Festival and Confetti.
Her TV drama work includes Casanova, Foyle's War, Murphy's Law and the Inspector Lynley Mysteries.
She has also appeared in Down To Earth, Kavanagh QC, the first episode of Midsomer Murders and as the eponymous Michael's mother in The Secret World of Michael Fry, starring Ewan Bremner.
Selina has also appeared in TV comedy shows such as Bremner, Bird and Fortune; My Hero; People Like Us; French and Saunders; and Lab Rats.
The sister of actor Simon Cadell, her other film credits include The Madness of King George; Mrs Dalloway; Prick Up Your Years; and Mrs Caldicot's Cabbage War.
