Bio
Sarah Gadon is a Canadian actress who has guest starred in a number of notable television series including Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Dark Oracle, Doc, In a Heartbeat, La Femme Nikita, Life with Derek and Mutant X.
She also played the character Zoe Kessler in the CBC drama The Border, the character Katie Atkins in Being Erica and voiced the role of Beth in the Canadian animated reality shows Total Drama Island and Total Drama Action.
She also had a starring role as Philippa, William's beautiful and intelligent wife and Roland's daughter-in-law who captures Ralph's eye, in the television miniseries World Without End.
Gadon is an accomplished artist having spent much of her adolescence training as a performer with time spent as a Junior Associate at the National Ballet School of Canada and as a student at Claude Watson School for the Performing Arts.
Now she divides her time between film sets and academics as a Cinema Studies student at the prestigious University of Toronto.
In 2010 Gadon had the privilege of working with three legendary film makers. In 2011 her work was featured in Jim Sheridan's Dream House, David Cronenberg's A Dangerous Method, and Mary Harron's The Moth Diaries.
She also appeared in Cosmopolis, marking her second collaboration with David Cronenberg.
