Frank Cassini is a Canadian actor best known for his role as Bernie Kantor in the police procedural television series The Bridge, in 2010.
His film credits include Watchmen, The Entrance, Little Brother of War (for which he received a 2004 Leo nomination for Best Actor); Unnatural & Accidental; Dead Heat and the 1996 film For A Few Lousy Dollars, for which Cassini received another Leo nomination for Best Actor.
Cassini also worked with Martin Scorsese on Goodfellas and with Norman Jewison on Moonstruck.
Television credits include recurring roles on Intelligence and Da Vinci's City Hall. As co-star, he has appeared in Saved; The 4400; Dead Zone; Dead Like Me and Cold Squad and has guest starred on episodes of Da Vinci's Inquest; Stargate SG-1; NYPD Blue and The X-Files.
He co-wrote and starred in the short film Freedom Park with his brother, actor and director John Cassini, which garnered Frank a 2001 Best Actor nomination at the Methodfest Awards in Pasadena, California. In 2005, Cassini co-wrote and starred in Break A Leg, which won four international awards.
Fluent in Italian, Cassini has been a lifetime member of The Actors Studio since 1997.
