Kaz McFadden is a South African actor best known for his role as Alexander, Nenna's grandson, in the final season of the M-Net soapie Egoli (2009-2010) and its spinoff film Egoli: The Movie, in 2010.
Mcfadden was born in Pretoria on 16 December, 1984. After matriculating at HTS John Vorster in Rietfontein in 2002, he started his acting career by enrolling at the Performing Arts Lifestyle Institute in 2004, training in both theatre and film.
As an actor, his film experience includes roles in Bakgat 1 & 2, 5 min late, Spoorloos, Head Hunters and Acting Heroes. On the stage, he's been in Wetters, No Service Please, Die Seemeeu and Katjie Kekkelbek.
Apart from his turn as Nenna's grandson Alexander in Egoli – Place of Gold, he was in two other soapies, Villa Rosa and Binnelanders.
Kaz also worked as a voice over artist for the ATKV Innie Bos commercial and ATVK Volksblad Radio commercial.
In 2010 he played the role of Sebastiaan in the SABC2 sitcom Die Uwe Pottie Potgieter. He was one of the five main credited cast members.
