Megan Boone is an American actress best known for her starring role as Deputy District Attorney Lauren Gardner in the police procedural crime drama television series Law & Order: Los Angeles, from 2010-2011.
She also has a starring role as rookie FBI agent Elizabeth Keen, whose life is turned upside down when notorious criminal Raymond Reddington turns himself in - and insists on speaking only to her - in the crime drama television series The Blacklist.
Boone made her feature film debut in 2009 in the Lionsgate cult hit My Bloody Valentine, directed by Patrick Lussier.
In addition to numerous guest spots on television, Boone also played a supporting role in HBO Films' Sex and the City 2, in which she starred opposite Sarah Jessica Parker, Chris Noth and Cynthia Nixon.
An East Coast native, Boone studied with Jane Alexander and Ed Sherin at Florida's Asolo Theatre, while workshopping with playwrights to develop new material under the guidance of Tony Award winner Mark Medoff.
In 2008, Boone produced and starred in the Charles L. Mee play Limonade Tous Les Jours. She received two L.A. Weekly Theatre Awards for her performance - Best Comedy Ensemble and Best Performance by an Actress in a Comedy.
She lives in Los Angeles.
