Bio
Gregg Binkley is an American actor best known for his television roles as Kenny James in My Name is Earl (2005-2009) and as Barney in Raising Hope, from 2010-2014.
Binkley was born and raised in Topeka, Kansas. After receiving a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Kansas, he set out to Hollywood to pursue his dream of being a successful actor.
Once he arrived in California, Binkley quickly began booking film and TV roles. He appeared in Mel Brooks' Dracula Dead and Loving It, the Coen brothers' The Man Who Wasn't There and Clint Eastwood's The Changeling.
He guest-starred on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Malcolm in the Middle, Wizards of Waverly Place, Gilmore Girls and many other shows. He also recurred on Yes, Dear.
Binkley is also known for playing Don Knotts in Behind the Camera: Three's Company, as well as portraying Barney Fife, Jr. on Into the Night with Rick Dees. Binkley was a Del Taco spokesperson from 2000-2006, during which time he played Dan in the popular television campaign.
He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
