Ezra Ndwandwe is a South African entrepreneur best known for creating and judging the SABC2 reality competition television series The Big Break Legacy, from 2012-2013.
With qualifications in Bachelor of Science (Bsc), Ezra began his career with blue-chip multinationals such as Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser and SAB Miller in executive positions.
By virtue of his position he travelled the world and presented his work globally – also receiving global recognition awards.
With an MBL qualification and as a Business Process Re-engineering expert, Ezra has a good understanding of business and what it requires to succeed including improving operation efficiencies.
Ezra is a strategist by qualification and has submitted a PhD proposal (on designing leaders for sustainable business success).
He is the founder and CEO of Dual Point Consulting through which he consults and lectures widely on issues of Corporate Strategy, Business Process Re-engineering and Business Transformation.
He has attracted a who's who list of clients such as Anglo Platinum, Vodacom, GlaxoSmithKline, Coca-Cola and many others. He writes for Business Day, The CEO Magazine and a number of other leadership and management publications.
He is a renowned public speaker on transformation and a facilitator. He appears on Metro FM radio as business specialist every Tuesday night from 8-9pm and on weekday mornings between 07h20 and 07h40.
