Bio
Rozanne McKenzie is a South African actress, singer, dancer and television personality best known as a presenter on the kykNET magazine shows Kwêla (since 2008) and Dagbreek, since 2012.
A born and bred Capetonian, Rozanne always had a passion for the performing arts. She did her honours in drama at the University of Cape Town in 2003 and has been steadily employed n the industry ever since.
She has acted in several television series including Madam & Eve, Interrogation Room, Going Up Again, Noah's Ark and Erfsondes and appeared in the feature films Fugue and Freedom Day.
Rozanne is also a trained dancer who has appeared in several stage productions including Grease, King Lear, Miss Rock, The Great Gatsby, More Rooms and Babe: The Sheep Pig.
She was also the main character in the music video of popular group Greshlyground's song "I Like".
Her work as a presenter and newsreader on UCT Radio during her student years prepared her well for a position as a field reporter for the kykNET show Kwêla.
In 2012 she became one of the six original presenters of the kykNET breakfast programme Dagbreek.
