Bio
Holly Taylor is an American actress best known for her starring role as Paige Jennings in the period drama television series The Americans.
Taylor was born in Middleton, Nova Scotia, Canada on Halloween 1997. Although her parents only lived about 500 yards from the hospital, it was clear that Holly wasn't going to wait.
On the way to the hospital Holly made her first "debut" and became front page news in the local newspaper as the first baby in 25 years to be born in an ambulance and the first ever delivery for the two Paramedics on duty that night.
As a toddler there was always a smile on Holly's face and she danced and sang along with everything she saw or heard on TV or Radio.
In early 2000, when Holly was just three-and-a-half, her family moved to New Jersey and enrolled her in a dance class. About a year later, she announced to her parents that she was going to dance on Broadway when she grew up.
By age 11, that dream became a reality, and Holly was dancing eight shows a week in Billy Elliot at the Imperial Theater on Broadway in New York City.
While performing in Billy Elliot, Holly continued to attend middle school in New Jersey, excelling in her academics. She was invited to attend the Johns Hopkins program for Gifted and Talented Children and the following year was invited to the International Student Exchange Program for Gifted Children.
Holly also attended the two-week summer intensive program at the ABT (American Ballet Theatre in NYC), after which she was invited to attend their Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis (JKO) Fulltime Dance Program.
Although she had to turn down all of the above opportunities due to her commitment to Billy Elliot, Holly remains very proud of her academic achievements and continues to excel and dream "big dreams" in her life.
