Je-ani Swiegelaar is a Namibian-born South African actress best known for her role as Sr. Naomi Ferreira on the kykNET soap opera Binnelanders, making her first appearance in September 2012.
Je-ani was born in Namibia and grew up in Pretoria. She matriculated in 2004 and studied Drama at the University of Pretoria.
Her theatrical performances include productions such as The Witches (directed by Pieter Bosch Botha), Boys in the Backroom (Grahamstown production) and Floozi (a musical directed by Pieter Human).
Je-ani's television acting experience includes include a guest starring role on the kykNET soapie Villa Rosa as well as kykNET's Getroud Met Rugby 4, in which she plays the character of Maretjie.
Her first appearance on Binnelanders was on 7 September, 2012.
