Justin Rain is a Canadian actor best known for his television roles as Alan Fraser in Blackstone and as Quentin McCawley, Rafe's second son, in the science fiction series Defiance.
Rain, who is of Plains Cree descent, is an accomplished dramatic artist with numerous series regular, supporting and recurring roles to his name.
In addition to Defiance, credits include Blackstone, a co-star role in The Killing, a guest star role in The Guard and a role in the massively popular film Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
He co-starred in Richard Montoya's critically acclaimed play Palestine, New Mexico, which premiered at the prestigious Mark Taper Forum Theatre in Los Angeles.
His performance as the stubborn and fiercely intelligent character Adam in Two Indians Talking won him the Rogers Peoples Choice Award at the 2010 Vancouver International Film Festival and Best Actor at the 2010 Winnipeg Aboriginal Film Festival.
Rain was also nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the 2010 American Indian Film Festival in San Francisco and Best Male Lead Performance at the 2011 LEO Awards.
