Tom Green (also credited as Thom Green) is an Australian dancer and actor best known for his starring role as Sammy Lieberman in the teen drama television series Dance Academy.
He also had a starring role as Kip Wampler, a reserved CIT who is hiding a secret, in the comedy-drama television series Camp, in 2013.
Green also starred as Thomas Lasky in the live-action web-based series Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn, directed by Stewart Hendler. He received a Streamy Award nomination for Best Male Drama Performance for his role in the series.
Fresh out of high school, Green starred in Rene Hernandez's multi-award-winning and Academy Award-shortlisted short film The Ground Beneath. His performance in the film earned him the Best Actor Award at both the Ourense Film Festival in Spain and the St. Kilda Film Festival and also saw him receive an AFI Young Actor Award nomination.
Green starred as Sammy in the first two seasons of the Australian TV series Dance Academy. His other television credits include Home and Away, the telemovie Jack Irish: Bad Debts, Emerald Falls and East West 101, both directed by Peter Andrikidis.
Green made his feature film debut in Jeremy Sims' Beneath Hill 60 and in 2011 was seen in Robert Carter's feature Thirst.
Green has appeared on stage in Wesley Enoch's production of The Nargun and the Stars and Merrigong Theatre's Lockie Leonard.
