Mary Crosby is an American actress best known for her recurring role as Kristin Shepard, Sue Ellen Ewing's scheming sister who most famously shot J.R., in the prime time soap opera Dallas, from 1979 to 1981 and again in 1991.
The daughter of singer and actor Bing Crosby, she was born in Los Angeles, California, USA. Her mother Kathryn Grant was the second wife of Bing Crosby.
After graduating from high school at age 15, she entered in the University of Texas at Austin where she became the member of Delta, Delta Delta sorority. She can fluently speak Spanish.
She married twice in her life - first with Eb Lottimer, which could last 11 years from 1978-1989, after which she was divorced. Then she married Mark Brodka in 1998 with whom she has two children who were born in 1998 and in 2002 respectively.
Mary starred in ABC miniseries Hollywood Wives (1985) and North and South, Book II, in 1986. She guest-starred on CHiPs, Hotel, The Love Boat, Murder, She Wrote, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Dream On and Beverly Hills, 90210.
