Big Brother Bio
Johannesburg might be event and venue manager Jenayne's hometown but the 23-year-old with a qualification in Marketing and Business Management from Damelin Randburg, has also lived in Lesotho (five years) and Nigeria (one year).
She enjoys dancing, styling and swimming and says she would love to holiday in Bora Bora so she can "swim, sail and tan all day." Jenayne says her friends would summarize her as "calm, collected, very chilled, non-confrontational, funny with a good heart, and extremely hard working."
Describing herself as loyal, trustworthy, silly, intelligent and independent, she dislikes liars and arrogant people. She says her bad habit is talking too much and sometimes revealing too much about herself. Her hidden talent is that she is good at decorating and designing home concepts.
With Liam Hemsworth, Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock among the movie stars she likes seeing in action, Jenayne also watches Ray Donovan, Weeds, New Girl, Cougar Town and The Fixer. Her favourite artists include J.Cole, Kanye West, Mackelmore and Pharell and the books she has enjoyed in the past include A Million Little Pieces and Twilight.
Jenayne has previously appeared in a TV commercial, speaks English and Afrikaans and eats ice-cream to relax. She also loves seafood like calamari and prawns, but also enjoys sushi and steak.
Choosing her dad as her role model, she says that despite adversity, "he never gave up on his dreams and goals." She also shares the best words of wisdom she's ever heard - "never trust anyone who has something to gain from hurting you."
Jenayne has a younger sister and brother, and a best friend ("my twin soul") who lives in London. Asked to comment on South Africans, she says that they are "friendly, hard-working, motivated and driven."
Passionate about the fight against child abuse, she says, "Children cannot fend for themselves so we need to protect them."
Jenayne wanted to appear on Big Brother Mzansi because "I feel this is one thing that I'm deserving of, I am an interesting story-filled lady who's had some crazy experiences. I am not lazy and will be keen to complete challenges and party."
What will she do if she wins the cash? "Kickstart my clothing brand, give some to charity and some to my family."
