Bio
Jeffrey Sekele is a South African actor and voice artist known primarily for his work in television with roles in such series as Behind the Badge, Zero Tolerance, Isidingo, The Lab, 90 Plein Street and Task Force.
Jeffrey was born in Leeufontein, near Marble Hall in Limpopo. He started acting professionally in 1999 having graduated from Technikon Pretoria.
He has acted in numerous other television series including Gaz'lam, Heartlines, Soul Buddyz, Jozi-H, Unsung Heroes, Muvhango, Strike Back, Jacob's Cross and End Game.
He has also acted in several feature films including Jerusalema and the thriller 48 as Fistaz Mphahlele, a dangerous thug and a member of a powerful bank robbery gang.
Jeffrey also has an extensive corporate theatre resume, having worked for such clients as Thobela FM, KPMG, Fedsure, Sasol, Woolworths, SABC Sport, Vodacom and ABSA.
He is multilingual, speaking Sepedi, Sesotho, English, basic Tswana and Zulu.
He also has a starring role as Blade, Bhekifa's right hand man who is street-smart and connected with powerful underworld figures from a stint in prison, in the Mzansi Magic telenovela-turned-soap-opera isiBaya.
