Justin Roiland is an American actor, voice actor, writer, director and producer best known as the voice of Oscar on the Disney Channel's animated television show Fish Hooks.
He is also known for voicing the role of the Earl of Lemongrab on Adventure Time and is the co-creator and executive producer of the Adult Swim animated series Rick and Morty, in which he voices the show's titular characters.
In addition, he had a starring role in IFC's first animated series Out There.
