Alexandra Dowling is an English actress best known for her starring role as Queen Anne, who yearns for a romantic escape from her waning marriage to the King, in the historical fiction television series The Musketeers.
Alexandra made her feature film debut in Hammer of the Gods, opposite Elliott Cowan, Charlie Bewley and James Cosmo. She is well known for her portrayal of Kara in BBC's Merlin.
She also starred as Roslyn Fray in the critically acclaimed HBO series Game of Thrones, alongside Richard Madden and Michelle Fairley and appeared as Marie in Agatha Christie's Poirot: Elephants Can Remember.
