Zoë Brown is a South African television and radio presenter best known for co-hosting the SABC3 breakfast show Expresso, joining the cast on 1 June, 2015.
She won the job by being one of the three winners of the 2015 Presenter Search on 3.
Zoë was born in Cape Town but moved to Durban in her early teens. In 2007 she entered Miss South Africa Teen and was crowned 2nd Princess. After high school she left home to au pair in the United States, living in Columbus for 18 months.
Upon returning to South Africa she started her studies at Stellenbosch University, where she completed a BA (Honours) International Relations degree.
During her time at university she joined campus radio and soon become the host of the Hit List Show. She started working at KFM during her final year of studies and did the traffic reports on the Afternoon Drive show every weekday. She also hosted Saturday & Sunday evenings as well as the Early Breakfast Show on Mondays and Tuesdays.
After completing her degree Zoë did a presenting course in early 2015. During this course she auditioned for Presenter Search on 3, but didn't make it into the Top 30. Shortly thereafter, however, she was asked back as a wild card and eventually made it to the final three. She won the presenting job on Expresso (the other two winners were Jade Hubner who won the Top Billing job and Danilo Acquisto, who won Afternoon Express).
Zoë left Expresso in May 2024 and immigrated to Australia with her husband Robbie Anderson who she married in November 2023.
