Bio
Victor Pardal is a South African motorsport expert, MC, professional drifter and television personality known for hosting motoring-themed shows like Mzanzi Ridez and So You Think You Can Spin.
Vic originated from playing in the streets of the South of Jozi, where he founded SouthSide Crew - a car club that had its roots in the informal gathering on the streets that created the Wednesday night Southside Crew Drag Racing Event at the former Westbank Raceway.
He is also a host and on-air personality, having co-presented the Channel O customisation series Mzanzi Ridez with DJ Ready D along with various other productions.
He started in motorsport in the Drag Racing Category where he excelled in his Golf MKI. He then raced under the guidance of legendary South African race car champion Peter van Lindenburg and piloted a SASCAR V8 on oval and long circuit tracks all over South Africa and in neighbouring African countries like Namibia.
He learned the art of drifting on his Wednesday night event at Westbank Raceway with other Pro Drifterrs like Bruna Miranda, Jonathan Rudman and Flow. He also drifts the South African popular box shape BMW - an E30, but with a twist: this one is powered by a FMW V8.
In 2016 he co-hosted (with comedian Mpho Popps) the e.tv reality competition series So You Think You Can Spin, in which contestants compete to win the title of the country's best spinner.
