Mohau Cele (née Mokoatle, also credited as Mohau Mokoatle-Cele) is a South African actress best known for her starring role as Bongi, a teenage singer-songwriter, in the MTV Base edutainment series MTV Shuga. It was her first professional acting role.
Born in Matatiele and raised in Soweto, Mohau studied drama at Wits. She is multilingual, speaking English, Sesotho, IsiZulu, IsiXhosa and Setswana.
