Socratis Otto is an Australian actor best known for his role as Maxine Conway, a male-to-female transsexual who is Bea Smith's bodyguard, in the prison drama television series Wentworth.
He was previously known for his role as Justin Carmody in the television series Young Lions. Other series he has acted in include All Saints, Darwin's Brave New World, Home and Away, Rake, The Doctor Blake Mysteries and Serangoon Road.
He also appeared in the miniseries The Pacific and has acted in a number of films, including The Matrix Reloaded, Macbeth, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I, Frankenstein and My Mistress.
