Bradley Olivier was a South African actor best known for his role as Danny on the kykNET soapie Binnelanders.
He also had a starring role as Xavier in the Moja Love telenovela Hope, the first scripted drama to air on the channel.
A prolific actor in theatre, film and television, he was known in theatre circles for his role as Daksroef, a comedic partner to Spyskriek, played by Solomon Cupido.
Bradley attended Tshwane University of Technology from 2005-2007 and landed his first screen role in 2007 after winning a nationwide talent search to find new actors for the kykNET soapie Villa Rosa, as the character JJ.
Other television series he acted in include the soapies 7de Laan, Villa Rosa and High Rollers; the dramas 4Play: Sex Tips for Girls, Roer Jou Voete, Rockville, Vlug Na Egipte and Sokhulu & Partners; and the sitcom Let Heaven Wait.
He acted in a number of films including Bakgat! II and Bakgat! tot die mag 3; Ballade vir 'n Enkeling, Die Ontwaking, Nul is nie niks nie and Vaselinetjie.
Bradley was placed on life support after an alleged heart attack on Monday 17 July, 2023. After being placed on life support, he died on 20 July, 2023, at the age of 36.
A family spokesperson did not reveal the cause of death.
