Sthandwa Nzuza is a South African actress and radio DJ best known for her recurring role as Innocentia on the SABC1 soapie Uzalo.
She is also known as a DJ for the radio station Ukhozi FM.
She has had guest starring roles in a number of television series including the drama series Mtunzini.com and the sitcoms My Perfect Family and Single Galz.
She was also a featured guest on an episode of the SABC1 music talk show Zaziwa, appearing in the first season in early 2014.
In 2017 she starred in the telefilm Imbeleko, which aired on Mzansi Magic as part of its "Lokshin Bioskop" strand of short films. The film first aired on Saturday 23 September, 2017.
Sthandwa also played the recurring role of Friendship, the sister of Fortunate, in the Mzansi Magic drama series eHostela, in 2019.
She was cast as Innocentia on the third season of Uzalo, making her first appearance in Season 3, Episode 26 (which aired on 13 March, 2017). She returned to the role for the fourth season, in 2018.
In 2019, Sthandwa landed her first starring role in television when she was cast as Nomvula in the Mzansi Magic drama series Ifalakhe.
