Vuyiseka Cawe is a South African actress best known for her role as Nokuzola in the e.tv soapie Imbewu.
Hailing from Walmer in Gqeberha, her debut as a television actress came in 2015 when she was cast in the recurring role of Owethu on the Mzansi Magic drama series Rockville.
Later that year she landed another recurring role, this time as a nurse on the SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy, making her first appearance in the role on 18 August, 2015.
The following year she played a guest role in an episode of the third season of the SABC1 legal drama series Sokhulu & Partners (Season 3, Episode 8), which aired on 24 July, 2016.
After a two-year hiatus she returned to television in the recurring role of Lesterina Radebe on the Mzansi Magic soapie The Queen, making her first appearance on 12 October, 2018 (Season 3, Episode 55).
She returned to the role the following season, in 2019.
Vuyiseka next landed her biggest role to that point when she was cast as Nokuzola on the e.tv soapie Imbewu, first appearing in Season 2, Episode 174, which aired on 12 December, 2019.
She would recur in the role for another three seasons, until the show ended in 2023.
Before the final episode of Imbewu had aired, she had made her debut in the role of Khombisile on the Mzansi Magic telenovela Umkhokha: The Curse, making her debut in the role on 26 June, 2023 (Season 1, Episode 81).
Later in the year she was cast in the recurring role of Buli in the SABC1 youth soapie Skeem Saam, first appearing in Season 12, Episode 25, which aired on 4 August, 2023.
Vuyiseka landed her first starring role in television when she was cast as Nomusa, the supportive wife of Nqubeko (Wiseman Mncube), on the Mzansi Magic telenovela My Brother's Keeper.
The series premiered on 23 October 2023.
