Ursula Chikane (née Stapelfeldt) is a South African radio and television personality best known for hosting her own show on 5FM (using the handle "Brown Sugar"), and for co-presenting the lifestyle magazine programme Top Billing, on SABC3.
She is also known for hosting the reality competition show MTN Gladiators.
She has also hosted numerous high profile events such as Miss South Africa Pageant, the Presidential Sport Awards, and countless corporate functions, and was a presenter on 5FM for 10 years, and guest presenter on Radio Express in Los Angeles, California.
This Public Relations graduate's first job was a Sports presenter for TopSport on SABC, covering events such as Wimbledon and the build up to the Atlanta Olympics.
From there she became the Anchor of two extreme Sport programmes, Mild 2 Wild and Time Out, as well as anchor of the first regional television morning show on the Western Cape’s RWC TV on Cape Town Live.
Ursula was also the host of the first two seasons of the reality competition show Bar One Manhunt, from 2010-2012. She was replaced for Season 3 by Tshepo "Howza" Mosese.
