Rachel Skarsten is a Canadian actress best known for her role as Dinah Lance in the television series Birds of Prey, appearing in all 14 episodes from 2002-2003.
She also played the role of Bess Lawrence in the short-lived television series Little Men in 1998, and has guest starred on The Famous Jett Jackson, Twice In A Lifetime, Screech Owls, POV Sports On CBC, Tracker and Missing (also known as 1-800-Missing).
Skarsten has acted in the made-for-TV movies Angels in the Infield (2000), Jewel (2001) and Category 7: The End of the World (2005); and in the feature films Fear of the Dark (2002) and Virginia's Run (2002).
In 2007 she appeared in her third feature film, Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer.
Skarsten also enjoys skiing, skating, swimming, and plays goalie for a hockey team that won the Toronto City championships. She is currently enrolled at Queens University where she's completing her BAH in English Literature.
