Rockmond Dunbar is an American actor best known for his television roles as Kenny Chadway on Soul Food: The Series and as Benjamin Miles "C-Note" Franklin on Prison Break.
Dunbar made his TV debut in 1994 with a role in two episodes of Steven Spielberg's sci-fi drama Earth 2.
He has had recurring roles in the television series Girlfriends
and Head Cases.
