Traylor Howard is an American actress best known for her starring role as Natalie Teeger, assistant to Adrian Monk (Tony Shalhoub), in the comedy-drama television series Monk, from 2005-2009.
She is also known for her role as Sharon Carter in Two Guys, A Girl (Sharon) and a Pizza Place, later renamed to Two Guys and a Girl.
Born in Orlando, Florida and nicknamed Tray, Traylor Howard went to Lake Highland Preparatory High School. While still at school she starred in a Juicy Fruit gum advertisement amongst others.
She graduated from Florida State University majoring in communications and advertising.
Traylor was married to Christian Navarro, but they divorced.
Other sitcoms she has been involved with include Boston Common and Bram and Alice (alongside Alfred Molina).
She was a supporting actress in the 2005 film, Son of the Mask and also appeared in the movie Me, Myself & Irene (2000). She appeared in the Foo Fighters music video, "Breakout".
