Chucky Venice (real name Charles Venn) is an English actor best known for his role as Tremaine Gidigbi in the final season of the television drama series Footballers' Wives, in 2006.
After three years of performing arts studies, Venn plied his trade professionally in the acting business. His big break came when he auditioned for the role of Curtis Alexander on hit Football soap Dream Team. What originally started out as a two-episode contract developed into a three-year role, filming 98 episodes.
In between projects he also landed a featured role in the medical drama Holby City as well as The Bill, after which he appeared in ITV's Footballers' Wives.
Charles has featured in Return to House on Haunted Hill, The Bourne Ultimatum, Batman: The Dark Knight, Thick as Thieves with Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas, Sharpe's Peril, with Sean Bean and the horror sequel Wrong Turn 3, as well as performances in the Olivier nominated hit plays Iya Lle The First Wife(Soho Theatre) and the hit musical Annie Get Your Gun (Young Vic Theatre), with Jane Horrocks.
Charles appeared in an action movie titled Ghost Recon Alpha with Oscar-winning directors Herve De Crecy and Francois Alaux, as well as the Tragic Theatrical Drama Wedlock Of The Gods (Cochrane Theatre).
