Raquel Alessi is an American actress best known for her role as Lia Mathers in the action romance television series Standoff, from 2006-2007.
Raquel made her TV debut in 1990 at the age of six playing Maria in the mini-series Lucky/Chances. In 1997 she played a cameo role in the film Uncle Sam and once she finished high school went to New York University.
While studying she performed in various plays, including The Rose Tattoo, Suburbia, Uncle Vanya, King Lear, A Lie of the Mind and Les Liasians Dangereuses.
In 2005 she played a cameo in the film Carlito's Way: Rise To Power and in 2006 she made her series regular debut as intelligence agent Lia Mathers in Standoff. In 2006 she also starred in the film Summerhood.
Her other film credits include starring in the feature film Ghost Rider (2007) alongside Nicolas Cage and Eva Mendes, in which she plays the young "Roxanne Simpson" (played as an adult by Mendes).
