Donna Murphy is an American actress best known for her role as Rosalie Octavius in the 2004 film Spider-Man 2.She has also appeared in the feature films Jade (1995); October 22 (1998); Star Trek: Insurrection (1998); The Astronaut's Wife (1999); Center Stage (2000); The Door in the Floor (2004); Ira and Abby (2006); World Trade Center (2006); and The Fountain (2006).She has had recurring roles on the television shows Another World; Murder One; Law & Order; and Hack.She has had guest starring roles on Lifestories: Families In Crisis; Remember WENN; Nothing Sacred; The Practice; Ally McBeal; The Education Of Max Bickford; CSI: Crime Scene Investigation; and Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip.Murphy has also appeared in the made-for-TV movies Tales from the Hollywood Hills: A Table at Ciro's (1987); Passion (1996); The Day Lincoln Was Shot (1998); and The Last Debate (2000); and had a role in the 1997 mini-series LIBERTY! The American Revolution.Murphy has won two Tony awards for her work in theatre.
