Bio
Christa DeAngelo was a contestant on the television reality competition Pirate Master, in 2007.
DeAngelo was born in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, and grew up playing many sports including swimming, basketball (while in high school, she scored over 1,000 points and is still on her school's All Time High Scorer's List), baseball, running, bowling and dance.
She then moved to New York to attend St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York, and then Alvernia College in Reading, Pennsylvania.
She then joined the army on a whim and worked as an administrative assistant. She was selected to play on the All-Army Basketball Team and travelled the country playing college, professional and other armed forces teams.
While stationed in Hawaii, DeAngelo had her daughter, Iris, and completed her military service. She then received her bachelor degree in social psychology from Park University in Missouri and did some graduate work at Seton Hall.
After her divorce, she lost 70 pounds by jumping rope for up to four hours a day. She won the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic 2005.
DeAngelo eventually received her bachelor degree in social psychology from Park University in Missouri and did some graduate work at Seton Hall University in New Jersey. She hopes to get a P.h.D. in cultural anthropology.
She enjoys working out, basketball and hiking.
She describes herself as engaging, hilarious and self-centered. She has been a featured extra on the television series The Sopranos and The Knights of Prosperity, and in a film titled The Tourist.
DeAngelo resides in a small farmhouse in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania, with her daughter, Iris.
